Refund & Cancellation Policy

We take great pride in the quality of every GlamGoals nail set. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
- To cancel, contact us immediately via Instagram @glamgoals.in with your order details.
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
2. Returns
Due to the personal care nature of our products, we accept returns only in the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged or broken on delivery.
- You received the wrong product (different design or size from what was ordered).
- The packaging is tampered or unsealed upon delivery.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Products that have been opened, applied, or used.
- Dissatisfaction due to personal preference of colour or design (minor variations from photos are normal due to lighting conditions).
- Damage caused by incorrect application or removal.
3. How to Raise a Return / Refund Request
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Instagram @glamgoals.in.
- Share your order details, a clear photo of the damaged/wrong product, and the sealed packaging.
- We will review your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Razorpay's standard processing timelines may apply.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacement
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund. The replacement will be dispatched once the return request is verified.
