Once your payment is confirmed, your order is typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We ship through reputed courier partners pan-India. A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched, so you can track your package.
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
All orders are carefully packed to ensure the nails arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for next steps.
